Students are in classes based on their grade level. We have been focusing primarily on hands-on activities, which has included cider making, jam making, beeswax lip balm, crocheting.

The primary purpose of this class was to introduce students to the natural resources industry. Units of study included forest management, wildlife ecology, maple sugaring & soil science. Students helped to manage a forest on school grounds under the direction of the local conservation commission.

Students had to complete Natural Resources 1.
This class was designed to give students the opportunity to explore the Natural Resources industry with more independence, through project based learning. Projects included managing a sawmill and lumber production, aquaponics, and maple sugaring.

The primary purpose of this class was to introduce students to wildlife ecology and management. Units of study included basic ecology, habitat management and wildlife identification.

This class was designed to introduce students to the safe operation of large equipment including tractors and skid-steers. The class followed the National Safe Tractor and Machinery Operation training.

The primary purpose of this class was to introduce students to the animal science industry. Main units of study included domestication of animals, digestion, nutrition and reproduction.

Students had to complete Introduction to Animal Science.
This class was designed to give students hands-on experience managing and caring for a small animal lab. Animals included: rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, turtles, lizards and snakes. Students were responsible for cleaning, feeding and record keeping for the various animals at the school. Units of study included: careers in animal science, small animal management and livestock management.
